Producer's note

The light and crisp white from Burgenland. With fresh fruit aromas and
nice, aromatic flavours offset by mouth-watering acidity.
ブルゲンランドの軽やかで喉越しの良い辛口白ワイン。フレッシュでフルーティな香り、アロマにあふれた味わいと生き生きとした酸味。

Vinification
juice cooling, cooled fermentation at 16℃, 2-3 weeks on the less.
果汁を16℃に冷やしながら発酵させ、2-3週間澱と一緒に寝かせておく。

as aperitif, to light starters, spreads, marinated beef.
